Main tasks:

Have the ability to get more members to participate in individual and group training;

Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally, including the ability to provide information in a clear, concise and timely manner;

Availability of day or evening or weekend;

Good classroom management skills.
Minimum training:
-
Hold at least one personalized coaching certification that is recognized in the country an asset;

Have minimum of one year of relevant experience in a club or institution.
Required profile:

Autonomous, Dynamic, Patient;

Teaching skills related to the teaching discipline;

Communication skills;
-
Excellent ability to communicate and work in a team;

Experience with beginners required;

Be bilingual (French, English);

Sense of planning and organization.
